Medicine (TCM) to assess emotional, physical, and bio-chemical imbalances and stress in the
body and applies her knowledge to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Kirsten has completed training in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and various
kinesiology techniques such as Emotional Stress Release; NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming); acupressure; pain tapping; coaching; nutrition; hypnotherapy; emotional
clearing; physical re-balancing and subconscious realignment to name a few.
As a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner, she uses a variety of non-invasive techniques to
identify imbalances in the body such as muscle testing and a range of motion assessments and
works collaboratively with her clients to develop an individualised plan, that may include
nutritional support, coaching, lifestyle changes, exercise recommendations, and hands-on
therapies like massage, acupressure, and energy healing. Clients usually receive home
reinforcement as ongoing support to achieve their ultimate health goals.
Kirsten has a naturally warm and nurturing approach and takes pride in her ability to build
rapport quickly and easily with her clients. In addition to her skills of muscle testing to find
the body’s imbalances, Kirsten prides herself in identifying the core stressors that may be
affecting an individual’s health and wellbeing. With her extensive knowledge of Kinesiology
and her compassionate approach to healing, Kirsten is dedicated to helping her clients
achieve optimal physical and emotional health.
Overall, Kirsten is a highly skilled and knowledgeable complementary healthcare
professional who takes a holistic approach to healing and focuses on empowering her clients
to take charge of their own health and wellbeing.
Kirsten loves this quote from ICPKP Kinesiologist pioneer, Dr Bruce Dewe
“Good kinesiologists are a blend between a guide, a coach, a wise observer, and a companion
who helps each client look at their life, see what is working and what is not, accept that
change is needed and walk beside them as they make positive long-lasting changes that will
enable them to live a life of purpose.”
